You will be passionate about supporting our most vulnerable pupils, have experience working with young people in a pastoral manner and be keen to develop your knowledge and understanding. You will work closely with the DSL and the attendance teams, and be willing to undertake home visits and attend meetings outside school. Your own vehicle is essential.
