The successful candidate will ensure a structured and supportive environment for pupils, focusing on behaviour, punctuality, and attendance improvements. You will work with the senior leadership team to shape the processes and support given to our pupils to enable them to meet the expectations around behaviour and culture in school. Key duties include implementing the Behaviour Policy, managing the Referral Centre, and maintaining effective communication with staff and parents to reduce repeat referrals.
