We use a cashless catering system which means parents/carers can load money onto their child’s account using our online payment system called School Gateway. This can be securely linked to your child’s biometrics enabling them to easily pay for food and drink items by scanning their fingerprint at the till to access the account.
If you are a parent or carer and receive any of the benefits below, then your child is eligible for free school meals:
Note: To qualify for free school meals, children must be in education before and after lunch.
To find out more about free school meals visit the council’s website.
You only need to submit one application per child. Once you have applied if your circumstances change, we will be updated automatically.
